I have been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 1996 with extensive experience in litigation, counseling, legal practice and negotiations. I specialize mainly in the fields of Real Estate Law, Inheritance and Tax Law, Commercial and Civil Law, as well as Intellectual Property Law and Family Law. I have attended training with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group (ADR Group, UK), where I attained my accreditation and am now an ADR Group Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator as well as an International Academy of Dispute Resolution (InADR) Accredited Mediator for mediating within the US. With a vast network of seasoned, specialized, and experienced professionals in all parts of Greece (fellow lawyers, real estate brokers, notary publics, contractors, builders, accountants, travel agents), I am ready to handle even the most difficult or complicated cases. I advise and manage many well-known Greek artists (Composers, Lyricists, Performers, Writers, Directors etc.) as well as Journalists, Record Companies, TV Channels, Magazines and Model Agencies. I have handled successfully a wide variety of cornerstone cases, creating in the process legal precedent in the Greek Legal System. Achieving a landmark case against the Hellenic Mapping and Cadastral Organization, paving the way for hundreds of homeowners to reclaim their properties.) I have been involved in numerous cases of Family Law, with special care on the well being of the couple’s children. I have handled many cases in Labor Law and have extensive experience counseling and litigating both large and small employers and employees. I also have experience litigating a variety of commercial and business-related claims and liability matters.
